Evening primrose oil for skin and hair

The evening primrose is a recognisable plant with yellow flowers. This flower originates from North America. From the seeds of the flower, evening primrose oil is pressed by cold-pressing. Evening primrose oil contains the omega 6 fatty acids linoleic acid and gamma linolenic acid (GLA). 

Evening primrose oil is a well-known and beneficial oil for women. The polyunsaturated fatty acids have a positive effect on female hormones and therefore support the normal menstrual cycle* and normal hormonal balance*. Evening primrose oil also cares for the skin from within*.

Evening Primrose Oil can also provide support for supple breast tissue. In that case it is recommended to take 1000 mg evening primrose oil (= 2 soft capsules). A course of at least 3 months is recommended.

Ingredients:

One capsule contains 500 mg evening primrose oil (Oenothera biennis) - 45 mg GLA - 10 mg Vitamin E

Usage:

Start by taking one capsule twice daily before meals with water. The recommended amount may also be taken in one intake. If desired, a maintenance dosage of one capsule per day can be taken later. This supplement is suitable for children aged 10 and older.
