Tips how you can use the pine oil
In Aroma Diffuser:
Add 5 drops to a diffuser. Evaporate the scent in the living room, office or bedroom.
Tips when Soothing respiratory problems with little children and increasing their resistance: Diffuse 1 drop Scots Pine and 2 drops Lemon. Diffuse for 30 minutes in a diffuser before going to bed.
From the age of 15 you can also use this oil in a facial sauna: put 3 to 7 drops in a facial sauna. Let it steam while covering your head with a towel. Number of drops depending on the severity of the respiratory problems.
In massage:
To loosen and relax the muscles: Use a mixture of 3-4 drops of essential oil of Scots pine together with another 3-4 drops of essential oil of Lavender on the musculature.
To stimulate our immune system and energy: Apply 3-4 drops of Scots pine diluted in a teaspoon of Almond oil on the lumbar area, 2 times a day.
To calm a cough: Apply 3-4 drops of Scots pine along with 3-4 drops of Lavender essential oil diluted in a neutral vegetal oil on the chest, neck and soles of the feet.
